Authorization-All returns must be authorized by TATARTIST. Without our knowledge, any return will not be accepted and no refund will be given. The method of obtaining authorization is as follows:

One of our service representatives will contact you to obtain the information we need to authorize and process your return.
We will also thank you for providing any relevant photos or videos so that we can better understand your purchase issues. After receiving the return, TATARTIST will issue a refund and/or credit, which will be processed within 7 working days.
Eligibility-If the new and unused products in the original packaging are returned to TATARTIST within 10 days of the product being shipped to your location, you can get a full refund. Returns within 10 days after receipt will not be accepted. Custom items, clearance products and special orders are not eligible for return. Products that have been installed or connected to the pipeline (including but not limited to shampoo backwash equipment, pedicure spa, etc.) are not eligible for return/exchange. Partial refunds are not available for some kits-the complete kit and all related parts must be included to qualify for a refund.
Fees and Liability-All returned products will be inspected and additional fees may be required. Products returned without original packaging will be charged a minimum of 30% restocking fee. If the returned item is damaged or not restored to its original packaging, an additional fee of 15% will be charged to cover these costs.
The original shipping cost is not refundable, and TATARTIST will not bear any costs incurred during the return process, including shipping costs. All processing fees for returned goods initially used through financing will be charged in advance before issuing a return authorization number.
If an item was originally shipped by freight, it must also be returned by freight – you need to prepare the return in the original box and it must be tied to a pallet. If you have questions about this process, we will help you during working hours.
